Billing and Payments

We are committed to providing you with exemplary medical care while you are here at Faith Regional and we are also committed to providing you with convenient and reliable billing services. You can easily pay your bill online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments will be processed within three business days of receiving the payment. If you have any questions related to your bill, please call (402) 844-8052 or toll-free at (877) 219-3452. Alternative methods to pay your bill include:

By Mail

If possible, please use the return envelope that came with your billing statement. A statement will be mailed to you approximately every four weeks until payment is complete. To mail payment and pay by check, money order, or credit card, please send your payment to:

By Phone

If you would like to pay by phone using a credit card, please contact a Financial Services representative by calling (402) 844-8052 or toll-free at (877) 219-3452 to make a payment by phone.

By Automatic Bank Withdrawal (for those who qualify)

Payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. Call (402) 844-8052 for more information on automatic bank withdrawal to pay your bill.

In-Person

You can pay your bill in the registration office at the main campus of Faith Regional Health Services at 2700 W. Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk, Nebraska.


Payment Expectations

Your payment in full for the services provided at the time of discharge or when services are provided is encouraged when possible. We do offer payment options if you are unable to pay in full. Payment plan options and financial assistance include:

Bank Loan Program with Flexible Financing

For more information on the bank loan program, contact a financial counselor. You will be asked to establish auto pay for all bank loans. Please ensure you have your bank account information available at the time you sign for your loan. To contact a financial counselor, please use the information below:

Monthly Payment Option

You have the option to spread your balance out equally over six months. You can set this up through your OneChart Portal. You can also set up this option by calling (402) 844-8052 or toll-free (877) 219-3452. You will be asked to establish auto pay for all payment plans.

Patient Financial Assistance

Faith Regional offers a financial assistance program to those patients with no or limited financial resources. If you think you might qualify or would like more information on the program, contact a financial counselor.

Pay in Full

You can pay in full the amount you owe on your statement through One Chart.


Affiliate Care and Providers Billing Information

Faith Regional Health Services patients will receive care from Faith Regional and many of its affiliated providers. Because of this, you will receive a bill from Faith Regional Health Services and you may receive bills from a number of different providers for various services you received.

You may receive separate bills from radiology, anesthesiology, or other providers depending on the type of services you were provided. You may receive separate bills from affiliate partners including Faith Regional Surgery Center, St. Joseph's Rehabilitation and Care Center, Skyview Villa Assisted Living, and Home Health and Hospice services. These separate bills cannot be paid online through our current system. For those separate bills, if you have questions about the charges or payment options, please utilize the contact information on the statement for those separate services.


Your Rights and Protections Against Surprise Medical Bills

When you receive emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgery center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing. In these cases, you should not be charged more than your insurance plan's copayments, coinsurances, and/or deductibles.
