Injury Prevention

To prevent serious knee injuries in our student athletes, we have several team members certified in Sportsmetrics™, a 6-week program offered to area student athletes during the off season. This scientifically proven training program helps significantly reduce the risk of serious knee injuries, especially prone in young female athletes. The program promotes safe jumping, landing and cutting techniques.
