Maintain or improve your physical abilities with aquatic therapy. Enjoy moving more freely in a warm-water pool that supports your body. You'll work closely with an experienced physical therapist at Faith Regional Health Services, home to the first location in Norfolk to have pool therapy.
What’s Pool Therapy?
Pool therapy allows exercises to be performed with less effects of gravity to help you recover after an injury, surgery or reduce symptoms of a chronic condition. The warm water and buoyancy help reduce spasticity, relax your muscles, and make movements of your body easier. When working on strengthening your muscles, water can also help create resistance.
