I am to see Dr. Fatima in 4 months. I volunteer at the Columbus hospital and knew she comes there as a visiting physician. I asked if I could be seen in Columbus and was told she was booked out a long time. I have no problem coming to Norfolk though. It is just a short drive for me. It's amazing how far booked out she is. I left her office feeling really good about seeing Dr. Fatima.

The doctor was barely in the room 5 minutes and didn't really discuss where we go in the future or how long I have to keep coming or doing anymore tests to figure out if I can get off the medicine or not in the future.

My concern from the beginning, last year, was that I was not sleeping. Still don't sleep the greatest. Dr could only talk about the apap therapy and how I wasn't using it properly. I disappointed her by not being able to use they it as prescribed. Felt like I was wasting her time. She never talked about any sleep help. I didn't go to her to get the Apap therapy. I went to get some sleep. Previously referred me to Psych therapy.

My time from check in to leaving was less than 30 minutes and everyone was nice, really good listeners and Dr Fatima waited patiently for me to get all my questions asked.

I felt like my provider was rushed & I was given wrong info about getting my blood drawn. I wished I could have gotten a portal message or a phone call to just get blood drawn from the main hospital and then make official appointments I get my results.
