Dr. Hartzell really took his time listening to me and wanted the full history from me. He expedited me being able to get test done that same day. I appreciated this because I live two hours away. He also called me with the results that same day within 15 minutes of me leaving the office. We made a plan, and I was able to schedule surgery for two days from then.

Dr. Tristan Hartzell was wonderful! He asked me lots of questions and took time to listen to my concerns. He made sure all my questions were answered before he left the room and I never once felt rushed. He was recommended to me and I will recommend as well.
