COVID-19 Information

While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact healthcare around the world, we want you to feel confident that Faith Regional Health Services will continue to provide you with exemplary care and follow protocols to help ensure your safety.

Faith Regional implemented screening measures early on in the pandemic in accordance with our public health department and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This includes screening stations to address symptoms, required masks, quarantine processes for patients, and additional infection control measures to keep our patients, guests, staff, and volunteers safe at all of our locations.

Faith Regional continues to actively monitor and work to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19 in the region. For the latest on COVID-19, we recommend using the (CDC) website as your source of information.
