What is involved in Sports Medicine?
Sports Medicine involves the care of active individuals. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Athletic Training
  • Orthopedic Surgery
  • Physical Therapy
  • Nutrition
  • Sports Psychology

Athletes require a team of professionals who have a clear understanding of the demands of the sport and related injuries. Individual programs are designed for a safe return to sports performance, whether on the playing field, the court or even the dance floor. Faith Regional Sports Medicine athletic trainers address power, flexibility, balance, stability and coordination needed to enhance an athlete’s ability and confidence to perform.
