Quality is a top priority at Faith Regional Health Services. We recognize and value the important role it plays in providing cost-effective services and improving patient safety. We publish hospital quality data online as part of our effort to provide the community with meaningful, relevant and easily accessible information about the quality of the services that we offer.
Online you can find data representing quality and satisfaction measures. The quality indicators are those identified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as the basis for reporting and measuring the quality of hospital care. Having undergone extensive validity and reliability testing, the indicators relate to heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia and surgical care.
Faith Regional Health Services partners with a healthcare research company to measure patient satisfaction through a survey process. The patient satisfaction measures, overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommending Faith Regional Health Services to others, are a subset of satisfaction data collected. These questions are measured on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. This data helps us to identify processes that we can improve on that will, in turn, improve the overall quality of service we provide to our patients.
