Our Team
Kelly Ellis, D.O.
Occupational Health Medical Director
Dr. Ellis completed her undergraduate work at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received her medical degree from the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center. She completed an Internal Medicine Internship at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. While serving in the United States Navy, Dr. Ellis was the Occupational Medical Director at Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow, CA. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has experience in treating acute injuries, and occupational exposure and dermatology cases.

Baumert, PT, DPT

Russ Baumert, PT, DPT

Erin and Russ both received their Doctorates in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. They have been trained and certified in Comprehensive Industrial Rehab Training including Pre-Placement Post-Offer Training through OccuPro Systems and Solutions. They are experienced in on-site services and occupational demand evaluations and have over 10 years combined experience in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations. They specialize in developing individual treatment plans for the injured worker at Faith Regional’s Outpatient Therapy Clinic.
Steve Sovereign
Occupational Health Specialist
Steve has over 20 years experience with area businesses relating to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), insurance and safety. He is Board Certified in Hearing Conservation and as an OSHA 501 Trainer. He is also 3M trained in Respirator fit testing.
Traci Beckman, MS, CHES
Traci received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a Masters degree in Health Promotion management from Nebraska Methodist College and is Certified as a Health Education Specialist (CHES). As Coordinator of Faith Regional’s Wellness Program, Healthy Directions, Traci promotes the positive benefits of wellness through developing, implementing and evaluating internal and external health and wellness programs.
