Faith Regional Rehabilitation Therapies is part of a full service hospital that enhances continuity of care across a wide variety of environments including medical acute care (Intensive Care Unit and Medical/Surgical floors), Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled care (Transitional Care Unit and Saint Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Care Center), Home Health Care, Outpatient Clinical services and Outreach services.
