Send an E-greeting

At Faith Regional Health Services, we believe our patients recovery is made easier when family and friends are able to stay in touch with them. Our e-greeting cards are available for you to send a message to your loved one quickly and conveniently.

To send an e-greeting to a patient at Faith Regional Health Services, please select your card and fill out the form. Your message will be printed by our Marketing Department and hand-delivered by one of our volunteers, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Every effort will be made to ensure your greeting is received in a timely manner, however, cards sent on weekends are not deliverable until the following Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your card if the patient has been dismissed.
