Faith Regional Health Servics Faith Regional Health Services provides health care to people living within a 100-mile radius of Norfolk, Nebraska. Outreach clinics have been established in communities to make it more convenient for patients and referring physicians to meet with our physicians. Today, we have clinics located at hospitals in Creighton, Neligh and O'Neill, Wayne and West Point, Nebraska. Faith Regional Physicians will be coming to your area to meet with patients and their physicians on the following dates.
