Meet Our Medical Team

George Yared, MD, CNSP, received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago and fellowships at Wayne State University in Detroit and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Nutrition Support.

Prior to coming to Norfolk, Dr. Yared was in private practice for 13 years. His special interest include fishing, nature watching, photography, hunting, snorkeling, hiking and spending time with his children.
