Services:
- Audiometric
Screens
This is the screening of new employees and all employees exposed to
work place noise annually. Testing conducted on site or at Faith Regional
Health Services East Campus by a Board Certified Hearing Conservationist.
- Respiratory
a. Medical Evaluation
b. Respirator Fit Testing - Fit respirators to employees; administer
Medical Evaluation Forms and provide Medical approval for respirator
use.
c. Pulmonary Function Testing - Assess the ability of the lungs when
wearing a respirator; provide testing for employees who, due to their
work or information from the Medical Evaluation forms, are required
to have their pulmonary function tested.
- OSHA/Safety
Compliance
Assist staff to understand and meet OSHA standards; training at the
workplace: your operation and requirements.
a. Confined Space Training
b. Blood Borne Pathogen Training
c. Control of Hazardous Energy (Lock Out/Tag Out)
- Fire
Extinguisher/Fire Safety Training
Train employees on how and when to use a Fire Extinguisher or when
to escape.
- Ergonomic
Survey/Training
Train employees on proper workplace practices; identify potential
problem areas and offer suggestions on how to stop potential employee
injury; on-site evaluation of the workplace; employee exercise programs
and Physical Therapy services available.

b. Post injury
c. Functional Capacity Evaluation - Assess the physical ability of
employees to do the task that is assigned to them. Screen the post-offer
employee to starting work or the injured employee to determine ability
to return to work.

are provided by trained, professional staff who are dedicated to providing
quality services in a timely manner at a reasonable rate.
