Home Health Services administers three outreach programs for patients who need medical or personal assistance in a home setting. Faith Regional Health Services is a Medicare Certified agency. The services provided are:

Home Health Skilled nursing Home health aide Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy Home Infusion Home Health benefit through Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance.

Hospice Skilled nursing Home health aide Social work Chaplain Grief Counselor Hospice benefit through Medicare and Private Insurance.

Personal Touch Home Care Skilled nursing Home health aide Personal Touch is private pay.
